There will be frequent shuttle buses, with journey times ranging from five to seven minutes, depending on the terminal you are travelling to. These services will be operated to a 24hour daily schedule.

The Short Stay 2 car park is a short walk from the terminal building. This facility has a free parking period of 15 minutes for passengers wishing to drop off or pick up passengers and will eliminate the need for the £5 drop off / collection fee. The Rapid Drop Off is most suitable for quick drop offs. It is the most convenient option for passengers, with check-in just minutes away.

A free pick up or drop off option at our Long Stay car park. This car park is free for up to 60 minutes. Long Stay 2 is a 15 - 20 minute walk or a short shuttle bus journey from the terminal.

The Express Drop-off point at Liverpool is located directly opposite the terminal and is the closest pick up or drop off point at the airport. (This fee is a third party charge and is not included in any % discount offer)

The Drop-off 2 car park is still only a short distance away from the terminal, but no more than a 10-minute walk. It’s a convenient option for those who are being dropped off or picked up and would like to take up the free parking for up to 20 minutes.

Ideal for a quick and easy pick-up or drop-off. This charged for zone is located on the ground floor of the multi-storey car park outside the terminal building costing £6 for 10 minutes. (This fee is a third party charge and is not included in any % discount offer)

A free pickup and dropoff zone can be found in the Long Stay car park, around a ten minute walk from the terminal and will therefore not incur the additional £6 fee.

Heathrow offers a free drop-off area at its Park & Ride car parks (previously called Long Stay Parking). You will be able to stay here for up to 29 minutes without being charged. From here, passengers can catch a free bus transfer to the terminal. This is a helpful way to avoid the £6 drop-off charge.
